Frontier Adventures - Cancellation Policy: Don't Get Left in the Dust!

We're mighty excited you're fixin' to explore the wild beauty of Big Bend with us. To keep our chuckwagons rollin' and our burros happy, we've got a simple cancellation policy. Think of it as the rules of the trail, partner!

Booking Your Adventure:

• A deposit of half (50%) of your total tour fees is required to lasso your spot on one of our Frontier Adventures. Consider it your claim stake on the fun!

Cancellation Corral:

• More than 48 hours before your adventure: If your plans go a-wandering like a tumbleweed in the wind and you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled tour, we'll happily refund your deposit. No hard feelings, partner. Maybe next time the desert will call your name louder!
   
• Within 48 hours of your adventure: Now, hold your horses! If you decide to bail on us within 48 hours of your scheduled tour, well, that deposit has already saddled up and ridden off into the sunset. We've likely made preparations, packed the grub, and told tall tales about your arrival. So, unfortunately, in this case, your deposit is non-refundable. Think of it as a small tribute to the unforgiving (but beautiful!) nature of the Big Bend.
   

In short: Give us a good holler if your plans change with some lead time, and we'll get your deposit back to ya. But if you wait 'til the last minute, that deposit's gone quicker than a jackrabbit in a dust storm!
